Valuing a home is a subjective process and can't be done by simply plugging your address into a website and having a computer spit back an arbitrary value.  It takes expert market knowledge to do it right.  An accurate home value analysis requires looking not only at recent comparable sales, but also current market conditions and neighborhood competition.  What "the guy down the street" sold his house for is not a fair indication of what your home may be worth.  True market value is what a buyer is willing to pay for your property today.  I will do my best to give you an idea what that value could be.  The more information you provide here, the more accurate my analysis can be.
